Criteria

Canada’s Top 10 CS Leaders:

  • Are having a measurable impact on Customer Success in their company

  • Are continually pushing the envelope, innovating, and exploring

  • Are strong, contributing members of their community

  • Think about Customer Success as more than just a job

  • Work hard to support others and make others successful

Process

  • Round 1 - General Applications

    • Applications due by February 15, 2019

    • Candidates will be notified whether they are proceeding to the next round by February 20, 2019

  • Round 2 - Phone interviews

    • Phone interviews will take place between February 20, 2019 and February 25, 2019

    • Candidates will be notified whether they are proceeding to the next round by February 27, 2019

  • Round 3 - Reference Interviews

    • Reference calls will take place between February 27, 2019 and February 29, 2019

  • Winners Announced - March 1, 2019

Submission Guidelines

Candidates must:

  • Be working in a Customer Success capacity (management, advisory, leadership etc. are all acceptable)

  • Be a resident of Canada

  • Apply by February 15th, 2019
